We currently have the following vacancies;-

Teaching Assistant - Application close date 18/12/2017
 We are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated, enthusiastic person who enjoys using their own initiative. Experience is desirable.
The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 08.30 - 15.15. Also as part of the role you will provide PPA cover during one afternoon per week.
The successful candidate must:
  • Have good literacy and numeracy skills with GCSE Literacy and Numeracy grades A-C.
  • Have experience within a school setting.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Have good organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Have the ability to work on their own initiative.
Pay range - Band 2 mid-point          Contract type - Full time             Contract term - Fixed

One to one Learning Support Assistant 1:1 - Application close date 18/12/2017
We are looking to appoint  a Learning Support Assistant who has the skills to work with a child with Autism/ADHD, and the creativity and expertise to work in partnership with teachers and devise exciting, child-centred curriculum in order to raise children's enthusiasm, engagement and achievement.
Our strong and enthusiastic staff team are committed to inclusion, with a mutually shared belief in nurturing the individual through celebrating each pupil's special, unique qualities and skills. Our core aim is to develop children's self-belief so that they can achieve greatness, celebrating with them every step of the way!
The successful candidate will be a self-motivated, enthusiastic person who enjoys using their own initiative. Experience is desirable.
The hours of work will be 8.30:12.15 Monday to Friday.
The successful candidate must:
  • Have GCSE Literacy and numeracy grades A-C.
  • Have experience within a school setting and working with children with additional needs.
  • Support students with early literacy  and numeracy.
  • Have good organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Have the ability to work on their own initiative.
